Welcome to Extensible LLC. My name is Dave Jansen, a software developer based out of Eden Prairie, MN.

I lead an open source community operating under the Extensible LLC umbrella. My goal is to create software that benefits the Help Desk and IT support in general...for less. The offering is Linux®-like: Free software, free updates, free source code, free documentation...and even better, free telephone and e-mail support. (If there's a problem, let's correct it, not bury it because reporting it might cost you something.)

My flagship application is a cross-platform, ITIL®-aligned tool named Enian™ Software. While targeted at small and medium-sized IT support organizations out of the box, it could be adapted to help manage the work flow of just about any group, even some outside of IT.

So how do I put bread on the table? I offer custom development for features specific to your organization at competitive rates. (Consider that it's open source, so anybody is free to undercut me, including your in-house staff. So it's gotta be fair.)

There are no "crippled" versions designed to trap you for marketing purposes--only the real deal. Fully documented Java™ source code, a developer guide, and an installation guide are included.
